I am not satisfied with my product, what do I do?


We perform quality checks on all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident that all orders are up to standard before being sent. 


If you are dissatisfied with your product please contact our customer experience team at info@lemarcheleather.com advising us of the problems you are having. Please also include a photo of the front and back of your product and we will endeavor to resolve this as soon as we can.


Can I cancel my order? 


Yes, if we have not shipped the product out then you can still cancel your order!


I changed my mind and want a different color. Can I return this? 


Under no circumstances will monogrammed or customized products be accepted for return due to a change of mind. We do not refund or exchange monogrammed or customized products unless the item is faulty as a result of manufacture.


My item is faulty, what do I do? 


In the rare instance your product is faulty or damaged please email info@lemarcheleather.com with your order number and photos of the damages occurring. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


Refunds (if applicable) 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
